The centre comes with its own parking that can accommodate approximately 10 Vehicles. 

The Centre comprises of three main areas.

The Games room, which is equipped with a TV, a games table and a pool table. 

A medium sized kitchen which has a larder and multi hob range cooker, fridges and freezers and a prep area. 

A 980 square foot main lounge, equipped with computers, TV, sofas and a Table tennis table.

The property also boasts a large external grassed area  that surrounds the rear and sides of the property. 

Please note that there is no internal sports facilities in this building and considerations would need to be made for external sports activities.
