Our work Across Surrey
Surrey Clubs for Young People run a number of youth club nights across our centres in Surrey and offer a wide variety of activities within each session for the young people to engage in, many of which would not be possible without our supporters.
Below highlights some of the activities the young people have taken part in recently at the youth clubs.
Arts & Crafts - Various
Across our centres many of the young people take a great interest in being creative as a way of expressing themselves and many are keen on decorating the youth club to "make it their own" or making gifts for those they care about.
Games & Sports
At Surrey Clubs for Young People we actively encourage young people to engage in physical team based games to enable them to develop new skills whilst building relationships with their peers with the emphasis on it being fun for all!
Cooking Activities
Across our youth clubs we believe it is important to engage the young people in cooking activities to allow them to hone the life skill of cooking, with the added benefit of getting to eat lot of tasty treats!
Chilling out & Socialising
Whilst we always aim to provide a session theme at each of our sessions, which we encourage the attendees to engage in, sometimes the young people just want to sit with their friends and talk.
